Osteocur C

Osteocur C is a high potency Calcium + Vitamin C to meet increased physiological requirement of calcium during pregnancy & lactation; for development of bones during period of growth in childhood and adolescence; for management of hypocalcaemia and calcium deficiency states resulting from dietary deficiency or ageing characterized by fatigue & malaise; for the treatment of bone disorders associated with calcium deficiency, such as osteoporosis, certain types of osteomalacia and rickets. Calcium carbonate is effective phosphate binder and is given by mouth to reduce phosphate absorption from the gut in patients with hyperphosphataemia; this is particularly relevant to patients with chronic renal failure in order to prevent the development of renal osteodystrophy.
